Worst service at Pizza Boss, Sasolburg

We paid for an order at Pizza Boss Terina Center, Sasolburg, Freestate on Fri 1 Feb 2019, waited for 30mins the order was never started,the waitress couldnt recall what we ordered, the Manager/Owner was so rude with his staff. Numerous customers turned away the time we were there. A horrible experience with the eorst service ever!!!
