Pizza Boss Vaalpark is a waste of time

Worst experience of my life at Pizza Boss Vaalpark. I ordered two pizzas off of Mr Delivery. Upon arrival the one pizza has so much salt on it that it actually burned your mouth. I call the store to advised and they advised I needed to wait for Mr D to investigate and get back to me and that there was nothing they can do.

After reporting to Mr D, nothing was happening and the store was approaching its closing time. I called again and spoke to the manager, Samantha, who said the only option they can offer me is to pay for a new pizza and they wait for Mr D to see if they will refund me…

Their customer service is shocking!! There was no attempt to even assist me after they had made the mistake!
