Pizza Boss Emerald's 'angry' owner.

Pizza Boss Emerald advertised a Friday/Saturday Eat-as-much-pizza-as-you-can-for-R99 on their Facebook page. It was advertised weekly, and again advertised yesterday, Friday 4 December 2020. We were a group of froemds planning on going on Saturday 5 December 2020. However early today, Saturday 5 December 2020, some friends told is that they visited Pizza Boss and were told that the special was cancelled becaise the owner was 'angry'. I called Pizza Den to confirm as some friends already came through from another town. They confirmed that the special was suddenly cancelled, without any reason. The more I tried to explain that a special cannot just be cancelled, especially if it STILL shows on the Facebook page, the more Marelize and Zandalee kept talking me down and refused to give me the owner's number in order to sort this out. Despite then leaving messages for the owner to call back, no calls came through. In the end, I contacted their Vaalpark branch, where a Hendrik tried to help, but could also not get any further than the special being cancelled. I then left a comment on the post that was STILL visible, wherafter at last it was removed. I have screenshots of the initial ad on Facebook, as well as the comments. We are regular customers of the Vaalpark branch, and we and our friends are very disappointed in the conduct of this allegedly 'angry' owner. I will make sure to comvey.this experience everywhere necessary and possible.
