Disappointingly so, this is what you can expect when dealing with Pizza Baby head office.

Andreas Morphis, Director and first contact at Pizza Baby head office, image and exemplar of the Pizza Baby franchise, is a rather un-composed and confrontational individual.

During our discussion he described himself as “hard”, based on his behaviour this is more comparable to intellectual, emotional and professional immaturity.

Talking to Andreas is the equivalent of talking to a brick wall with a big mouth. He will talk over you, and not with any form of professional tone. Attempts to speak or failure to listen to him along with his ramblings and he will threaten to put the phone down. There is little to no chance for you to reason or converse with this individual.

In my very short dealing with Andreas Morphis he has exhibited that he is the type to request all sorts of information but refuses to provide any in return.

Don’t expect feedback from Andreas Morphis- A week had passed since i spoke to him, he advised he would revert with feedback, but this was never received. When asking him why he had not reverted he advised that he owes me nothing, nor am i his employer. Given the nature of the query, his response could not have been more unprofessional.

To provide clarity- We sought to speak with head office about the instant dismissal of a disabled employee by Pizza Baby Ravenswood and requested the details of the owner seeking resolution. The employee in question was there for a month.

The dismissal notification was sent via whatsapp.

No internal hearing regarding the transgression was held. The nature of the transgression to our knowledge, did not warrant instant dismissal, Pizza baby Ravenswood has refused to provide video evidence supporting the dismissal and transgression.

The matter has now been escalated to the CCMA as we were unable to resolve same with Pizza Baby.
