Disappointed customer

I bought vegetarian pizza from pizza and pasta place in Heidelberg, Gauteng. To my dismay I chewed a stone and broke my tooth. When I called the company the owner rudely told me that they do not manufacture stones. I am really disappointed by this. I actually expected her to at be empathetic or sympathize with me.
