Suggestion

We were at Pizza e Vino in Queenswood and like always the food and atmosphere were outstanding. I just want to make a suggestion to the chef on the pork belly burger. The sauce was a bit runny and needed flavor. So I suggest you make a sauce for the pork belly burger that is a bit thicker but with a taste of german mustard and a hint of black pepper with a sweet and sour after taste. This will make the burger the best burger you have on the menu. Also, try to add a bit of crunch to it. Overall I am always satisfied with the great service I receive at the restaurant.
