Rude manager, poor waiter and wrong billing!!

Quiet evening turned into a disaster. Thank you!!<br> <br> Had dinner at this pizzeria on 29/09/2015 at 19:00. Waiter brought wrong pizza and when told pizza was not the one ordered, started to argue. Had to call manager to have it replaced. When the bill (R384.00) arrived, reluctantly added a generous R40 tip to total R424.00. Used my Diner's Club and waiter rang up R4240.00 !!! I alerted the managers that amount had gone through on my Diner's Club (SMS alert). The manager argued and was extremely rude. I phoned Diner's Club, who confirmed the amount was charged. No apology from manager. Just, sit down and have coffee, you will see it will be reversed. When I handed phone to the 'manager' on request of Diner's Club... the 'manager' refused to speak to them! Need I say more?<br> <br> To waiter: Do not argue with the customers when you made a mistake! Admit you were wrong. Apologize and sort out your mess!! To the manager: Learn the words \we are so sorry and apologize for any inconvenience caused". Be polite to customers. Your clearly visible condescending smile was not appreciated!<br> <br> In short.
