Over priced poor food & service

Last night's family meal out was marred by poor service and poor food. It took twenty minutes to get our first drink. It took an hour to get our food. When the chicken and asparagus pasta arrived it was cold, the pasta was so al dente that it was a joke, the chicken was dried out cubes, the asparagus must have been in scarce supply. After sending it back it took another 15 minutes after which everyone else had finished eating. The revised dish was hot, and now properly cooked but not remarkable for the price. I can cook better pasta dishes at home for a fraction of the cost in half the time. No apology from the staff. No offer to amend the bill. No feedback. Total disinterest all round. A snotty superior attitude was what was served. Others visiting the same establishment have confirmed this.
