Bad treatment

Pizza e Vino Melrose Arch, I am so disgusted and disappointed at how rude your waiter was to me and my daughter. We were being served by a waiter whose name is Zolani. We asked him to move us upstairs as we were starting to feel cold outside , we had ordered drinks already. The way the guy shouted at us telling us we must carry our drinks he’s not our slave he is our waiter, he’s not going to move up and down he has no time for that. The way I was so shocked at this behavior I couldn’t even gather strength to respond to his accusations as I did not see the reason to be rude and shouting. We then asked to speak to a manager who was also very cold, he told us he understands where this Waiter was coming from and did not mean what he said the way he said it, no remorse shown whatsoever. I do not care what triggered this guy’s anger but Pizza E Vino owes me and my daughter an apology. To think that I ignored the first incident thinking we were at the wrong, my daughter ordered 2 drinks one without alcohol and one with alcohol but when we told this guy we actually needed both our drinks without alcohol he rudely responded that if we need a nonalcoholic drink we must know we gonna pay for it as it going to come out of his pocket, I had no problem paying for the drink but the bullying endured from this waiter was way too much. Pizza e Vino If this is how your employees treat customers trust me you are going to lose business, slowly but surely.
