Atrocious service at the Rosebank branch

I booked for a table of 11 plus space for a baby for 10 January 2019 for my boyfriends birthday at the Rosebank branch. I get called on the 9th of Jan asking if I am still coming. I then had to stipulate that I had actually booked for the 10th. We rock up on the 10th only to find out that our reserved table had been given away to someone else. We were then forced to sit squashed up at an extremely smaller table. We expressed our concern to our waiter Cymon who had no response or solution, he refused to help us. This was the first of Cymons many short falls. I then got up and calmly spoke to the manager who eventually asked another family to move their table slightly aside to accommodate an extra table for more space. The managers then avoided any contact there after. Cymon would go on to conveniently forget every single one of our requests. He would forget to bring us sauces, side plates, our coffee basically any request we made, we had to ask more than twice. We also happened to be there on Thursday where you can upsize your pizza to a grande size for free. Cymon omits to point this out to us. He made it seem as though he was doing us a huge favor. He never once came to check on out table, whether we needed anything. He would disappear and we would have to get one of the other waiters to call him. We will never return to this branch again. The service was absolutely atrocious! Our pizzas took a month of Sunday’s to arrive and the entire evening was *****ed. Never ever returning back thank you very much !
