Disgusting service from Pixie Pit Gifts & Decor

What a terrible experience I've had with this company. I ordered a simple acrylic name from them in November and paid the same day as I have ordered from them before. I followed op on my order 20 December and they promised it will be couriered. Followed up again on 12 Feb, 25 Feb and 8 March with no response on the 8th. Asked for a refund on 15 March to which they promised a refund if it is not delivered in 2 weeks. I followed up again on 29 March, 31 March and 8 May to which I don't get a response or they respond with "I'll let you know". This is disgusting to say the least!
