ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered a sign from pixie pit on the 14th of September. I paid for the sign in full the same day I ordered it. I was told I would receive the sign in the next 3 days and that it would be sent to me. I have paid for courier as well. Since then the service has been DISGUSTING!!!!! I have not heard from this women since the 29th of September almost a month ago. I am a 21 year old women trying to start a business and don’t have R1500 to go to waste. She contacted me on the 29th saying she is collecting my sign the next day and will send it over. It’s been a month and still nothing. I feel sick. Do not support, this women does NOT know how to run a business. Now I have opened my salon and I have no sign. I am so disappointed, I would NEVER recommended this company. I asked for a full refund and my messages have been ignored for months. This is not fair, don’t be like me do you research before paying for an item.
