12 weeks later and still no order

I placed my order on 24 June 2022 which is more than 12 weeks ago, and I still haven't received my items (I was told the lead time was 6-8 weeks).

My baby is due any day now and I don't even have the stuff I specifically ordered with enough time to spare.
