NO SERVICE AFTER A WEEK

We wanted a poster done onto canvas. We took it in on the Tuesday and they gave a quote. We accepted the quote, we were told it takes about an hour. That's all good. then we are told they need to scan it in and do res-touches, they will phone us when it is done. No call. The next day we go back, still not done. They need to use a bigger scanner. We explain it is an gift and we need it no later than the Monday. <br> Monday afternoon we go back and there is another person working, we ask for the canvas, \sorry
