Pixel Sneakers online sell **** Nike sneakers

Be careful, Pixel Sneakers (online store) sells knock-off or **** Nike sneakers. I bought Nike Air Force 1 High Shell - Black sneakers from their online store. They took 7 days to deliver using The Courier Guy. Not only did they deliver the wrong size but counterfeit (****) Nike shoes. No invoice was issued or contact numbers and they only use an email: *** for all communication which is unmanned as I got no reply. According to their website, they sell a lot of sneakers and I doubt that they are even registered for VAT, let alone with the CIPC. I contacted the courier company that delivered the parcel at my house, The Courier Guy (TCG) in Vanderbijlpark, and they confirmed that the Pixel Sneakers do not have an account with them and that they drop off the parcels at their depot and pay cash for all deliveries. The TCG consultant that I spoke to promise to trace the person who dropped off the parcel. After two days or so I received a response to my email from some guy named Refiloe Molefe (***), who claimed to be the Logistics Manager at Pixel Sneakers. He apologised for their sales team not responding to my demand for refund and asked that I email him my bank details, which I did. At the time of this review, it’s been over 15 days since I’ve been waiting for my refund and their Refiloe guy just vanished. I intend to approach a Small Claims Court to try and force them to refund me but I have no clue where I’ll deliver the final demand letter. Please be careful when buying stuff from Pixel Sneakers, they are *****. It’s sad that TCG deals with such ***** people and that they even allow them to put their name on their website as one of their courier company of choice. I question TCG’s business practice as well because they evidently don’t keep the contact details of the people who drop off parcels when it’s a cash sale as I was told. I wonder if what the TCG Vanderbijlpark depot does is legal or even known by their Head Office. As for Pixel Sneakers and Refiloe, you better refund me. I won’t quit
