Worst service ever!

Pixel Place renamed Inbox in Soneike Mall Kuilsrivier has THE WORST service! Pathetic and staff is extremely unprofessional. Not willing to go the extra mile at all. How a internet printing shop can be offline for almost a whole day is incomprehensible to me, rather close your doors then. I had to wait a hour to print a page, which never happened. Eventually having to use Bluetooth to send the pdf to them as all other methods of communication was down, this was the morning. I returned late afternoon to find a long line op people outside and the shop still offline, while the shop attendant was standing outside busy on her phone. Upon approaching her and asking her if they would be able to assist me in printing the page she re**** no as the they have cut off the line after the last person currently in the line. I reminded her how much time I lost this morning and asked if she could please squeeze me in and still she bluntly refused! They won't see me again!
