Unprofessional and unreliable service

Pixel Perfect based in Somerset West lost my company's documents that were stored on their mybrandonline website. We have been trying since 2 December 2021 to get answers, feedback or any explanation as to what happened to our sensitive information. Six months later we are still being ignored with no answers and our documents still missing. The owner made empty promises and told blatant lies over the phone on two occasions but no feedback or replies are ever received on email. Absolutely disappointing, unreliable, and unprofessional.
