Be warned about PIXEL GRAPHICS Web design company

Do not sign up with Pixel Graphics (https://www.pixelgraphics.co.za/) to do any work for you or your company.

Our company has incurred major loss of income the last month as a direct result of the incompetence of the owner Jorge Nicolau, who personally who has personally overseen the upgrade of our online shop.

Having missed four deadlines he himself has committed to, the site is more damaged than before he started the upgrades. Needless to say, after numerous emails, meetings and even extending a helping hand in providing assistance in order for him to meet the deadlines, he did not even bother to follow up on communications from our side.

As a last resort to try and salvage what was left of a non functioning online shop, we moved our business away from Pixel Graphics which included moving our domain to Afrihost's servers.

What a nightmary in just getting the backups!!! It is now four days and he does not even respond to our email request to grant authorization to Afrihost in accessing the backups and move it to their servers.

I shall not go into historical issues where for instance he caused our domain to be hijacked by Russian Hackers and lose our SEO First Place Ranking.

Stay away from this company if you need anything more complicated than a normal one pager website. We are considering to file for damages.
