WORST SERVICE FROM PIX PERFECT PICS

I made and paid for my order on 11/02/2022 and I've been given story after story as to why I don't have my item. I asked to to refunded and they decided to rush and send the item after a very quick 7 days after I asked for the refund. They sent me the wrong specifications of my item. then apologized for and promise I would receive the correct item 3 days from then, I phoned on the 4th day and they said I should receive it by the next day. I decided to phone today and they say I'll receive it tomorrow. It's been 7 days now and I have not received a thing. It's one of the most terrible experiences I've experienced with a retailer. I spoke to Muziwethu Gumede and requested for a manager or someone senior, He said he's the only one in the shop, I asked for the name and Surname of the manager. He said he doesn't know his managers surname. At this point I've had enough with these people and want nothing else but a refund from them.
