Worst service ever!

I wish there was a zero star button because this company doesn't deserve even a 1 star. I saw a ad on daddy's deal and decided to contact the company to make sure they will deliver in the fast turn around time of 1-3 days stated in the add. They said they will be able to and that I can still purchase directly from them instead of going thru daddy's deal... assuming this will cut off on the delay of delivery I decided to go ahead. I wish I hadnt because at least if I had taken it with Daddys deal they would have helped me to solve the problem earlier. They were very poor with their communication skills.. taking days to respond to you. Promising feedback the next day but after numerous attempts to get feedback they responded days later. Used every excuse in the book eventually lying that the delivery was sent... this confused me because I had not given a delivery address at the time.. days later they come back to me saying that it had gone out sending me a pic of the canvas but only the one of the 2 canvas. On further requests I was told the delivery was made but stuck at courier awaiting a further payment and they unsure why.. until eventually they send a pic of the other canvas and delivery was done the next day on the excuse of making the additional payment to courier. Very shady company.. I was holding my breath hoping I wasn't being ****med. Its weir that the good reviews here some are on the same date.... It definitely makes me feel that those are ****... worst company I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with and I will not recommend it to anyone. I only wish I had come here first and read the other bad reviews before I used them because those sound like the real story.
