Wallpaper prints and installation

In August 2019 we approached Zedrick at Chilli Lane to carry out services which included Canvas's, Wall paper as well as glass installation at our home. This was quiet alot of work. Full payment was made in August/September 2019 for the above work.

End of September 2019 after having sent Zedrick all of the information and photos and even sitting with him at the kiosk to show him what applies to which service, Zedrick kept on delaying the installation. Full payment was made and we struggled through 2 to 3 months with nothing having being done or installed even after Zedrick indicated that installation will take 7 days after payment.

Zedrick has excuses after excuses that he needs to check the prints and measurements, he lost his notes, then unfortunately he lost his phone so didn't have anything saved. We have sent about 20 to 30 times to the measurements, the photos etc. He even sent guys out to measure and nothing was done. We even had to cancel our glass shelves that needed to be installed due to Zedrick not being upfront on when installation would take place. My husband took about three days off work and the installation still did not take place. I am sure that you can understand our frustration.

In November 2019 the Wallpaper was installed on the Friday evening, the installers came to our home at 7pm after having indicated that they would be there in the morning. They installed half of the wallpaper on Friday and the remainder on Saturday. Zedrick was not around the whole installation process. After the installation it was indicated to Alex (Wallpaper installer)and then via Whatsapp to Zedrick that the wallpaper installation was not up to scratch and that we were not happy. Zedrick promised to fix the Wallpaper and till today, 7 months down the line still nothing. Therefore, I will not recommend them.
