****ty products n terrible after service

I ordered n paid for frames 3rd March...they were not delivered on time as promised...then the quality of prints n framework were of such poor quality...the company said they will redo the frames...I must then courier back old frames at my cost n the new ones will be sent...its now the 24th may...
