**** or poor service? I'm not sure

I saw an adverti*****t on Facebook about the canvas print special and there was a watsapp number there. I enquired on watsapp and told they had stock. That was in May 2022 when I placed the order. I've never received my order even today on 15 September 2022 and every time I enquire I'm told my order is done and will be delivered the following day. Lately Im not getting any response from them. I complained on their Facebook page because they're telling people that they deliver within 7 days and they blocked me on their Facebook page. Im disappointed and hoping to get my money back someday.
