Poor service delivery and deciving advertising

I have purchased canvas twice with them . Their service delivery is poor. On adverti*****ts they say that they deliver in 7 days however I have placed an order on the 1st of the September and today is the 27th and I haven't recieved any ors3r. They are not helpful when I follow up and They don't respond to any form of communication. I have to beg them to deliver what I already paid for. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone . Save your money and go somewhere else where you will get value for money .
