Horrible service by PixPerfectPrintsSA

I ordered and paid on 15 December 2021. I got confirmation on 08 January 2022 that my order was "now complete". I then communicated with Pix Perfect Prints SA via WhatsApp to find out when I can expect delivery. The promises kept being tomorrow or definitely Monday. Yesterday, 25 January 2022 they asked for my address promising to uber my pictures to me...I still havent received anything and no further communication. I posted on their Instagram page - they deleted my post. I guess they dont want prospective customers to find out about their horrible service. I requested that they deliver my pictures or refund me...still no response. They have such great products (based on the pictures on their IG and website) but horrible service. I would not recommend them and I will never use them.
