Horrible service and incompetence

Wish I had checked the reviews and wish I could give a zero star.I decided to use this company for my birthday photoshoot, big mistake. I initially received some very low quality and resolution photos that might as well have been sent on WhatsApp then I noticed some photos we took are missing and after a lot of back and forth I eventually get sent a few of those as well which aren’t great and I can’t really use. So now I ask for the unedited high resolution photos and I’m given excuse after excuse loadshedding then internet issues then silence then empty promises that by end of day. My only saving Grace for that day is that some photos were taken on iphone and are of much better quality. Was hoping high resolution ones would be better because the ones I received are not great at all lighting is off on most of them. The level of incompetence is unbelievable!!! Was promised edited photos but I gave up on a long time ago….
