Extremely Poor Service

Worst and pathetic service ever. I think they are **** business and they **** half of the customers and deliver to the other half if they ever do. They could not print and deliver my canvas according to the agreed timelines in December 2022 before Xmas, I asked for a refund on the 23rd Dec since the prints were meant to be Xmas gift. Till now I have not received my refund and I get am email that they can only do refunds on the 15th of each month so meaning I must now wait February 15. Please do not use them, **** **** ****
