BAD! HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have purchased a set of 3 Silver effect Love Story art Canvas on 30 December 2021 online. I received my order on 07 February 2022 after following up numerous times. Upon receiving my order, I was not happy with the final product. 1. The Canvas was damaged it had scratches on 2. The colours on the canvas were different – all 3 had different shades of Grey and they had shades of purple colour on them

I have sent a WhatsApp message on 08 February to alert you about the state I found the Art Canvas in and send images. I only got a response on 15 February that I will be contacted which I have not till this day. On 22 February I received a WhatsApp message stating that you will give me feedback regarding re-printing the set. On 08 March after following up yet again, I was told that the courier company will collect the damaged set the following day, which never happened and have not received any feedback till this day

I have had the worst treatment and the customer service is non existent All I want now is my full refund as you have proved not to be trusted
