Waiting 4 months for a photo book which should have been delivered in 14-21 days.

I purchase a 22 page photo book. I submitted it and received an email stating pix24 received my book. A month later I email, I get a response that promises my book will be delivered within the next week. Fast forward to 2 and a half months later, countless emails sent. ... still no photo book or even a reply to my emails. I am very disappointed and shocked by the lack of service and customer communication.
