USELESS SERVICE

<p>What an absolutely useless company. Ordered a book through Daddy's deals. It arrives hopelesly late after one had to phone Sherildene to find out where it is. (only to be told it is in dispatch, but they will send it now!) It arrives and is incorrectly laid out, (backgrounds are unequal and make no sense) and has strange marks on some pages. Blank pages are inserted which is not mentioned on the template one uses to submit the book. Please be careful before dealing with these guys if you want a decent product on time. To top it all when you call them they make out like you don't know what you are talking about, and they have done nothing wrong. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!</p>
