Terrible service- they actually dont deserve 1 star

I placed an order on the 19th of October 2017 for 3 Photo books, they advised me it would take 30 working days to get done, I was very understanding, I waited patiently, on day 30 I called them up, they told me they lost my files, I could not understand how they lost my file or why they couldn't call me to inform me, I personally think they ****, I resent my files and I was told I would get it with in two days, no photo books came, then the guy said wait till next week Wednesday, as they have a queue lined up, today I called up and its a toner problem or quality check problem, please don't put deals on daddy deals if you cant manage the work load,I will never use them again and I advise anyone looking for Photo Books to use someone else.
