Terrible Quality, Unproffessional. They will Ruin your memories

i have had the worst experience with them. Totally unprofessional. Dont even talk about the disgusting quality and shody service. The pics are printed worse than a home pc print, pics are cut off and not in order with marks and lines through them. Their phones dont work half the time and they dont return calls. i was promised delivery everyday for a month but it didnt come until today and the product that did arrive was shocking. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. It should not even be in operation. When i complained to management about not receiving delivery, they said their machines are broken and still waiting for it to be fixed and they said well its a daddys deal special so they cant do anything but try to dispatch the order the next day however it came another 6 days later and was not worth the wait!! I had created the book as a gift and waited months in anticipation, but what arrived was an absolute disappointment and i definitely cannot gift it. It it perfect for the Bin! Absolute Garbage!
