Shocking service delivery!

I notified them in August that I was moving house and that my stuff was going into storage and that I needed my photo books before mid October so that they can be packed with the rest of my household goods. This business has pathetic service as they dont even come back to you. I phoned them again in September and numerous times in October. I also e-mailed them to stress the urgency of getting my albums before mid-October. To no avail as these people had no urgency to deliver on their promise! I had to get a family member in Durban to go and see them and threaten them to deliver on their service, otherwise I would report them to Daddy's Deals as well as place a post onto "hello peter" (hence the reason for this post as they still delivered late after all that!!)

I would like to merely stress that their service was shocking and that they had three months to print my books, only to find out that they printed my photo books long after my house was packed up.

The PIX 24 business have no idea of how to provide efficient service and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy!!
