Pix24 makes you buy products and you never receive it, bassicly a wat of *****ing money.

I bought a daddy's deals where you get a lovely photo book from Pix24. So we bought one deal. And submitted our artwork the 31st of Oct 2018 as this was a gift for Christmas.

Then they email and say you can by another deal from them directly so we thought thats a good deal so we did.

After numerous calls and them telling me lies every week literally i have all the emails as well. The people there would say in two weeks in two weeks. Eventually they say o no wait their printer is broken. Then a week later they lost all the data we must resend so we do. Then Ashli is a new manager she promises me again two weeks. It never happened.

So then I contacted daddy deals and they contacted them now they tell daddys deals they moved premises.

After that I requisted a refund. Daddys deals paid it back the next day.

Pix24 still havent paid my money back after so many emails. Its been more than a month now.

I even thought id educate Ashli by telling her if you dont pay peoples money back its called *****ing.

I hope to get my money back.

Its a terrible shop full on untruthfull and ************* people al just lying about everything.
