Pix24 don’t have proper printers to print the books that's on order. I am waiting for my books since July 2017. Pix24 is a unbelievable bad company they stole Pixpedia publishers design, Pixpedia confirmed it.

Pix24 is a unbelievable bad company they stole Pixpedia publishers design, Pixpedia confirmed it. Pix24 don’t have proper printers to print the books that's on order. I am waiting for my books since July 2017. In August I phone them and they told me that they have 300 that need to be printed and their printers were broken. Every time I phone me they tell me the same thing. How small must their printers be if they could not by now (from July to December) have 300 books finished. I say they stole Pixpedia's book design program. I know that because I had so much trouble with the soft wear. Every time I phone Pix24 IT department they could not help. I then phone Pixpedia because that is the program Pix24 give you to download. Pixpedia told me that they know nothing about Pix24 they not part of their company and they did not give them permission to use their soft wear. I then decided that I do not want to use Pix24 at all and I phone them to ask for a refund. They told me I cannot get one because I already downloaded the soft wear, witch is not even theirs. I told them what Pixpedia told me they did not even denied it. They just told me again that I cannot get a refund and must just finish the design and sent it to them. It took me month to finish the 4 photo books. I sent it to them in July 2017. I am still waiting for the books. I phone them in August. They told me their printers is broken and they have 300 books on hold and there will be a delay. September I could not get hold of the. Telkom test the number I have of they and they say the number does not exist anymore and their cell number just goes on voice mail. I sent an email to Daddy’s deals. Daddy’s deals got hold of them a month after, They sent me the email Pix24 sent them that confirmed that my books is finished and on there way within 2 weeks. That was in October. November same story my books is ready and will be sent to me within 2 weeks. I just phone them (12 December 2017) the person dealing with me said he see one of my books is finished he is going to find out how far is the rest and he will speed it up so that it can me sent to me within 2 weeks. WHAT IS THAT? How did that happen? Did they destroy the books that was already finished and promised to me. What is going on? Oh yes!!! and he also told me they have 300 book on hold that needs to get printed. Is this a real company?
