PIX24 Daddy's deal

I ordered a photo album from Pix24 by purchasing a Daddy's Deal voucher. The album was created and sent to Pix 24 in June. To date I have not received my album, I keep being promised by Newman that it will be next in line to be printed. It is September already and still nothing, I can't help but think that this company is a ****.
