Pix24- appaling service!!

Pix24 should not be in business in my opinion. Their service, customer service is unacceptable. The employees are uninformed, they give you information which apparently is incorrect. After you have spent days creating your photo book, when it comes to print stage they send you an extra bill - not the amount confirmed by the employees before. The managers' response to that is "sorry, there is nothing she can do about it, she will talk to the employees". When you say that that is unacceptable the branch manager grabs the phone from her and yells at you to "go and get a refund, he will not print your photo book for you", and throws the phone down in your ear. The good deal you bought from Daddy's deals, suddenly costs more than what it would've if you went anywhere else. Daddy's deals has removed Pix24 from their website and will not deal with them anymore because of numerous problems, people waiting for photo books for up to 6 months already and still not getting them.
