Pix 24 /**** photo book company

I have purchased a voucher in October, the voucher was sold on daddy's deals, the voucher was used to purchase photo books whereby we had to compile our pictures and submit to the company Pix24 and it was stipulated that the books would be delivered to us within a month once we submit the work art. I still haven't received the photo books till date. Every week when I call the excuse is always their machine wasn't working. Then 2 weeks ago the new manager Ashley promises that the books would be delivered between the 18 and 24 February 2018.I called her again on Friday the 24th, she apologizes and says she will send me an email the ffg Monday, the email she never sent. I call her today she find out about the so called email and the books. She tells me the machine just got fixed and she apologizes once again. I then went on to ask her when can I expect these books, she tells me she can't give me a date. I have been calling Pix24 since October last year. I think this company is just a **** and they sell vouchers online through other online companies because they cannot get business. NEVER BUY ANY VOUCHERS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST.
