Pathetic service, pathetic quality of products, poor attitude of staff, extremely long turn-around times

Poor service. Poor quality of Products. You will have to contact them every day for a month to actually get your product from them. Staff have poor attitudes. Claims they are owned by a consortium. Manager is never there to speak to. Seems like Pix24 is a front for a drug dealing business. DO NOT place any orders from them unless you want to be constantly frustrated. Company obviously does not respond on Hello Peter and does not have a review section on their Facebook page because poor service, bad quality products and an extremely long turnaround time are their standard of business. If a company does not care about their own reputation, do you think they even care about a happy customers? NO. Stay away.
