No show on paid goods

I've responded to a special by Pix24 which ended 31 May 2017. Payment was made, photographs forwarded for the two books to be printed. Both were to be presents for friends. After a decent interval I queried to be told very busy, will be within the next month. Queried again, very busy, within the next month. Queried again, very busy, within the next 5-7 days. I am still waiting. I have made use of this service previously and the quality was great and delivery on time. This is very unprofessional and I am not getting past a postponement of delivery every time I engage with Pix24.
