No product, no refund no response

Last year in October I made a payment via cellphone bamking for photobooks. Initially i was told i would recieve them within three weeks. After three weeks I was constantly given the run around. I was promised that i would be contacted as soon as the books were ready up until this present day I have not been contacted, I have not recieved my refund or the photobooks. As far as im concerned this company is a ****. People who "work"there constanstly lie and are unprofessional. I would not recommend this so called company even to my worst enemy. And the only reason it has a one star rating from me is because its a required other than that they are not worth half a star.
