No Delivery on Daddy's Deal Voucher

If you are tempted to buy a Daddy's Deal voucher or have seen the Pix 24 Facebook Deal for Photobooks, RUN A MILE! I purchased a voucher through Daddy's Deal, and created a Photobook as a birthday present. I submitted uploaded my order on 14 August 2017. I was told that the turnaround time on the voucher (also printed on the Daddy's Deal Voucher) Was 14-21 working days. I waited patiently with no feedback. I have sent numerous emails and tried to call. At the beginning of September, after a complaint to Daddy's Deal, I was told that my book had been escalated to the front of the queue and would be delivered by the end of the week - a month later and still NOTHING! And no response to the numerous emails. I put hours and hours into designing the book I ordered... which it now seems I won't get.
