No delivery of photo books - Daddy's Deal voucher

I submitted 3 photo books to be printed in June 2017. I followed up with an e-mail in August and was advised that they have a backlog. Today when I called, they advised the same thing. If I had known it was going to take this long, I would never have purchased the voucher. Shocking service! I feel like I have been part of a ****.
