No delivery of photo album ordered for over 3 months

Purchased a voucher for a photo album from Daddy's Deals.

Submitted order to Pix 24 on 27/10/2017.

Required constant follow up as needed the photo albums before the end of the year.

Online queries always offline. Contact numbers go to voicemail. Eventually got an answer on the number ********** . This was on 05/01/2018 and was notified that systems were down.

Inquired as to why the order would take 3-4 months for 3 identical photo books. The answer was the there were backlogs due to system issues and changes in staff?

Terrible service and not recommended to anyone.

Still to receive the photo books.
