NO DELIVERY

I have placed my order on 4/10/2017 . Still nothing received on 12/1/2018.

I have made numerous phone calls to Elbe that keeps on telling me that they are experiencing "temporary" technical issues and currently have a high-volume of customers orders. At one time during December, he notified me that there is about 600 other order before mine in the que. WHAAAAAT!!!! He keeps on telling me an estimate time when I will be receiving it "No later than...." It's been 4MONTHS!!!!!! Guys, very unprofessional.. They lie constantly, makes empty promises and never give feedback....

The airtime that I've wasted on them, is currently more than the payment I've made for my books.

Rather pay double somewhere else, than never getting anything at all!!!!!

I FEEL THAT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!
