Extremely unprofessional supplier

I purchased a Daddy's Deals voucher for 3x A3 canvas prints for a special at Print24, on 30 October 2015. Peter from Print 24 rep**** saying that he had received 1 picture. I immediately rep**** to that email stating that 3 different pictures were attached to 1 PDF. On the 9th of November 2015 the canvasses were delivered to me. They were of poor quality and all 3 canvasses had the same picture on it after I specified that 3 different pictures were attached. I had emailed Peter on that same day politely requesting him to correct this. He responded that evening saying that it was not his fault, the best he could do was offer me 2 canvasses at cost price \in view of customer relations". I felt that was unacceptable as I did not receive what I asked for"
