Do not order from Pix24!!!!

I ordered 2 photobooks on 25 August 2017.

On 02 October 2017 I equired on how much longer the order will be when they rep**** "Our normal lead time is 20 working days but we are going over that lead time and therefore it may take longer."

On 10 September 2017 I enquired again and they rep**** "We are processing your order and hopefully it will be finished by the end of next week. This is an inconvenience we sincerely regret but would greatly appreciate your patience and understanding."

On 23 October I enquired again but got no response.

On 30 October I enquired again when they responded "I trust you are well, please be advised we are currently exceeding the normal time. Due to some issues experienced, we now just moved offices as well, and still getting settled in. We looking at +-15 working days more dispatch. Your patience and understanding would be further appreciated". It has now been 92 days since I placed my order and I have still not recieved a thing!
