A3 block mounted canvas prints

I bought a deal through daddy's deal to have 2 of my photos printed in A3 block mounted canvas and the deal came with free delivery. Photos and proof of payment and address details for delivery was emailed to [Email Removed] in April 2015 due to be delivered within 30days but still even today I have not received them.<br> <br> I tried emailing then and calling, was given a run around plus bad attitude that its with the corriers, they've called me a could of times without getting hold of me and I should come pick it up at their offices in Phoenix.<br> <br> My husband went to their offices three times, at first they told him they can't find our photos, second time they told him its sent for delivery and third time the offices looked like its vacated. I've email questioning this but there is no response.<br> <br> Regards,
