Awesome pivot Hotel
Was the most amazing 2 nights stay. Everything was so magnificently executed. They even put small Beyers Christmas pudding chocolates on our beds for Christmas ! Thabo the porter who transported across to Monte was amazing, he helped load walker and was so efficient and friendly. Will definately go there again, left feeling so relaxed felt like I had been away for a week. Well done all staff.

Awesome pivot Hotel

Food poisoning
Worst experience at Punchinello's Restaurant as their lamb shank was off. My daughter thought she was surprising me but the surprise was the lamb that was off and the restaurant refused to take responsibility even after they were informed of food poisoning. The taste and smell was very bad, why on earth would you insist on serving such ******* to paying customers.
