Not worth it
Order shoes last week Friday, chose economy shipping method (2-3 days), it has now been a WEEK and still no shoes. It was also directed to the wrong depot so add another two days onto delivery. Never again!!!!!!!!

We are so sad you are so unhappy. We usually dispatch in 3 working days (as our website says) and your shoesies were dispatched in 2 working days. The courier did take a day longer than expected because of the routing mistake they made, although, even with the mistake, they still delivered within the 2 to 3 working days shipping commitment. You placed your order on Friday afternoon at 2 o 'clock, dispatched on Tuesday (2 working days), delivered to you on Friday (3 working days).
We are taking steps to make our ordering process even more clear, on our website.
Once again, we are so sorry for the disappointment.
